Founded in 2021 by Adam Goldberg in his Connecticut kitchen, PopUp Bagels started as a backyard pickup operation before blossoming into a brand celebrated for its quality and creativity. The company has since expanded to permanent and pop-up locations in New York and Massachusetts, gaining acclaim as “not famous but known.”
Charlotte residents can expect a lineup of freshly baked bagels, including classics like everything, sesame, and poppy seed, alongside unique schmears that push the flavor envelope. The shop’s philosophy, “Grip, Rip, and Dip,” invites customers to enjoy bagels in the most satisfying way possible.
