Andre Collins

Co-founder and managing partner of First and Early Capital. Charlotte resident since 2009. Graduate of Johnson C. Smith University (finance; first Belk scholar there, and a full track and field scholarship) and holds a master's in real estate finance and development from UNC Charlotte. Career began with internships at the Carolinas Minority Suppliers Development Council and NCDOT, followed by Belk Inc. and seven years at Lincoln Harris, where he met his business partner Jubal Early.
