Charlotte Data Center Community Task Force

Community group convened by the City of Charlotte during the 2026 data center moratorium. Roughly 20 members, meeting weekly through September 17, 2026 with September 24 held in reserve. Staff lead: Office of Sustainability and Resilience. Meeting 4 (Sept 3) moved from presentations to a facilitated working session; recommendations are ranked after a virtual Sept 10 session.
