VERIFICATION 2026-08-06: the NC Secretary of State business registry lists ONE active matching company, First & Early Partners, LLC (SOSID 2409310), and ONE assumed name, FIRST & EARLY PARTNERS (2485049, filed 9/9/2022). It lists NOTHING called First & Early Capital. The firm site firstearlypartners.com names only First & Early Partners, founders Jubal Early Sr. and Andre Collins (SIOR, CCIM), 1057 E. Morehead St. Suite 300, 704-900-7462, and shows no capital arm. The Real Deal (2026-07-07) named the buyer as First and Early Partners, purchase $24.3M for 700 and 800 East Brooklyn Village Ave, 5.8 acres, recorded June 29.
