Charlotte real estate firm that acquired the Brooklyn Village Phase 1 parcel (the former Bob Walton Plaza site, known as Brooklyn Village South) in 2026, after the previous developer's lender took ownership of the property from that developer. Co-founders and managing partners Andre Collins and Jubal Early, who met at Lincoln Harris and worked together there for seven years before founding the firm. Presented an ownership update to the Mecklenburg Board of County Commissioners on 2026-08-05. Also referred to in that meeting as "First and Early"; the county manager's spoken introduction rendered it "First and Early Capital" and a separate passage of the auto-caption reads "First Airways Partners" and "First and Only Partners", both caption errors.
