Neighbors gathered on Thursday, May 28, for the second annual Sip & Stroll, an evening of conversation, connection and neighborhood spirit on the lawn at Ballantyne Country Club.

The magazine had announced the event in its May issue as an evening of live music, local shopping and community, running from 6 to 8 p.m. on the club lawn. It was the second year the magazine has held it.

An evening on the lawn

By the magazine's account it was a fantastic evening filled with great conversations, new connections and plenty of neighborhood spirit. Residents visited with friends and neighbors while stopping by partner tables to learn more about the local businesses and organizations that help the community thrive.

The magazine's photo pages show the shape of the evening: guests moving among vendor tents on the grass, groups gathered at round cocktail tables, and partner teams behind tablecloths and banners. Several guests have a drink in hand; the May invitation had promised live music along with the shopping.

Thank you to the partners

Stroll Quail Hollow thanked its event partners for their time, generosity and support, and every resident who came out. "Your enthusiasm and engagement made the evening a tremendous success," the magazine wrote.

The photos fill four pages of the July issue, pages 10 through 13, for anyone who wants to find themselves in the crowd.

This story appears in the July 2026 issue of Stroll Quail Hollow.
