Sean Ilharramendy moved his family to Providence Country Club in July 2025, after a decade in Weddington. The business he runs with Chris Peters is built on one idea: the most useful spaces in a house are the ones nobody looks at.
CS Property Solutions designs and installs custom closets, pantries, garage systems, mudrooms and landscape lighting. Ilharramendy and Peters started it after Ilharramendy left a corporate career that had taken him to senior director of marketing analytics.
From corporate to his own company
Ilharramendy earned an MBA from Wake Forest and spent more than a decade in corporate roles. In late 2023 he was diagnosed with cancer. He made a full recovery and came away with a renewed sense of clarity about what mattered most. It was time to stop waiting and build something of his own.
Not long after, he met Peters, now his business partner. The two share values in faith, family and professional vision, and what started as a conversation became a partnership. They launched CS Property Solutions around a simple belief: "The most impactful spaces in a home are often the most overlooked."
Closets, garages and storage, thoughtfully designed, change how a family lives in a house, not just how the house looks.
Quality or cost, not either-or
The company was built to challenge a frustration common in home services, the tradeoff between quality and cost. Ilharramendy and Peters set out to prove homeowners do not have to choose. With more than a decade of combined experience in residential renovation and space optimization, they aim for high-end results, a good customer experience and pricing that reflects value.
Every project is designed with one goal, as the company puts it: spaces that are both highly functional and visually elevated.
Getting it right
Ilharramendy recalls a recent landscape lighting project where the homeowner changed her mind about the plan after installation. The original layout matched her first selections, but seeing it lit gave her a new perspective. Instead of calling the job done, his team revisited the design with her and made adjustments until it was exactly what she wanted. The result was a thrilled client.
Life in PCC
Off the clock, Ilharramendy's world revolves around his family. His wife, Ashley, owns Pink Confetti Designs, a floral design business, and the couple is raising two children in the neighborhood. Two entrepreneurial careers keep life busy, and he would not have it any other way.
His golf game is not what it once was. He is at the driving range most Thursdays working to get his swing back, and always open to a new golf partner.
